Baking II

I began baking in grad school, primarily bread the traditional way. Then several years ago I discovered the popular artisan bread book and no-knead baking ... and here I am. I'm hooked but also striving to improve. I'm getting pretty damn good.

I want to return to short fiction. First, review the past 100 years.
